2012 Freedom Springs Triathlons:

The 27th annual combination adult/kids swim-bike-run event will be held at the beautiful Blue Springs Recreation Park, 5461 Blue Springs Road in Marianna, Florida on Wednesday, July 4th, 2012, beginning with the adult swim at 7:00am cdst. *Kids race begins at 8:45am.

There will be NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION, Adult or Kids race, without exception.

Adult race is sprint distance.

Kids race- 100yard swim, 3 mile bike, 1 mile run.

Course Information:

Swim in crystal clear blue spring (water temp 70 degrees year round). (kids also swim in blue spring)

Bike has nice incline at start, no hills throughout course.

Run has 3 hills, most of course on dirt. (no hills on kids run course).

Directions:

One mile east of the courthouse in Marianna, take Hwy 71 north off of Hwy 90.

Go one mile, take Blue Springs road east three miles and look for park sign on right.

Must present top portion of registration form at front gate as payment for athlete park entry.

Family, friends and other spectators will be charged an entry fee of $2.00.

Packet pick-up begins at 5 a.m. at Blue Springs Recreation Park on the day of the race.
Completed entry forms and checks should be mailed to FST, 3238 Sharer Rd., Tallahassee, FL 32312.
Entry forms must be postmarked by June 20, 2012.
Must present top portion of registration form at front gate as payment for athlete park entry. Family, friends and other spectators will be charged an entry fee of $2.00.
