2012 Oldham County Parks & Recreation Duathlon:

Our USAT sanctioned Duathlon is held on June 4th at Wendell Moore Park.

This event combines running and biking into one race.

Participant will run a 3K, that includes firm surfaces and cross-country segments, a 10 mile bike ride, on a non-closed road course, and finish up with another 3K run.

The race costs $35.00 per individual and $55.00 for two-person team. Non-USAT members must add $12.00 per participant to cover one-day insurance.

The top two finishers in a variety of age groups as well as the men & womens overall winner receive awards.

Maximum participation is 200 entries.

2011 Oldham County Duathlon:

The 3K (1.86 mile) RUN course is out and back with a loop in the middle. It is slightly hilly and combines cross-country and firm surfaces.

The 10 mile BIKE course is out and back with some hills and few turns.

The final 3K (1.86 mile) RUN course is out and back with a loop in the middle. It is slightly hilly and combines cross-country and firm surfaces. There will be water stops along the route.
