Course Information:
Winter format, Super-Sprint, paved flat road for bike and run
- The bike will be first, the run second, and the swim last.
- Bike is a 4 mile out and back that will be done twice.
- The run is a 2 mile out and back.
- 25 meter six lane pool for swim
