_ The 2023 Run for Family Building 5k:

The Run for Family Building 5k brings together parents, children, grandparents and friends to enjoy the outdoors, get active, and raise vital funds. Participants fundraise from their peers to run or walk the 5k route. There'll be music, face painting and other fun for the kids, as well as opportunities to talk with our sponsors and partners. 

Race Details: There will be a 5K chip timed race, a 1 mile family walk and a 100 meter toddler dash and family friendly activities.
