The 2023 iCare DC, Feed the 5000 5K to Help the Homeless:
In celebration of iCare's 10 year anniversary it will host our 6th annual "Feed the 5,000 5K Walk/Run to support of its campaign to help provide 5,000 meals and groceries to homeless citizens, homeless veterans and low-income senior citizens and families.
iCare's 5K is a great way to give back and get fit in the process. Our 5K is always great fun with all our registrants receiving wonderful medals, delicious food, a t-shirt and fun activities for the children.
