Kayak rental is available. Cost is $55 If you need one please purchase as an add on to registration. There is a limited number of kayaks available.
Bike and Run are on dirt trails.
Bike course can be completed with a hybrid but we recommend using a mountain bike.
Free kids run. No registration needed. Finisher medal for all kids who run.
