Reverse-order Sprint Triathlon

What I love about this race:
A reverse-order triathlon is a perfect race for first-time triathletes - ESPECIALLY when it's still a little chilly in Utah. All racers begin at the same time with a 5k run, followed by a 8.5-mile bike ride, and a 300-yard swim and run up the beach to the finish line. I love starting the race strong with the run, biking a challenging, yet fast cycling course, and ending the race with a refreshing dip in the pool.  Not only do you get to participate in a triathlon at a super fun venue, but triathletes also will receive two free passes (a $43.98 value) to Splash Summit Water Park with each individual registration!

DISTANCE
5K run (3.1 miles), 9-mile bike ride, 300 yard swim

RACE DETAILS
All racers will begin at the starting line for the run, with the gun starting at 8:00 a.m. After running for 3.1 miles, racers will then transition within the park and exit on their bikes. Following a two-loop 4-mile bike ride totaling 8-miles, racers will come back into the transition area, leave their bikes, run up to the wave pool, jump in to complete 300 yards swimming (life jackets welcome), and then walk out of the water along the beach to the finish line! **The May race does not end on a waterslide, but the August race does.**
 
TRIATHLON AWARDS
All triathlon participants will be given a swag bag including an awesome, super-soft t-shirt, race bib, sweet finisher medal, two free tickets to Splash Summit, and sponsor swag.

Special awards will be given to the top three male and female triathlete finishers overall.

Sprint Triathlon Individual Racers:
$60 entry fee through December 31
$70 entry fee through February 28
$80 entry fee through March 31
$90 entry fee through April 30
$90 entry fee through May 20 and (possibly) no t-shirt)

Sprint Triathlon Teams (includes three swag bags, three t-shirts, three finisher medals, and three total passes to Splash Summit Waterpark - a team of 2-3 people where one person does the swim, one does the bike, one does the run):
$120 entry fee through December 31
$140 entry fee through February 28
$160 entry fee through March 31
$180 entry fee through April 30
$180 entry fee through May 20 and (possibly) no t-shirt)

**Does not include processing fees. All registrations are non-transferrable and non-refundable.
