MacColl YMCA presents our FIRST Indoor Triathlon!
This event wil feature both Competitve and Recreation heats. Competive Athletes will get their own pool lane. Recreational Athletes will be sharing pool lane with another athlete. Each transition will be 4 minutes
Course Information:
This event will be INDOOR.
• Swim will be in 25yd pool
• Bike will be on a Kieser M3I Spin bike
• Run will be held on treadmills
Recreation Heat
• 10 Minute Swim
• 4 Minute Transition
• 30 Minute Bike
• 4 Minute Transition
• 20 Minute Run
Competitve Heat:
• 1/4 Mile Swim
• 4 minute transition
• 10 Mile Bike
• 4 minute transition
• 5K Run
