_ The 2023 VIDA Thrive 5K:
Join VIDA Fitness and Thrive DC for our annual 5k with all proceeds benefitting Thrive DC – a non-profit organization committed to preventing and ending homelessness in the DC area.
The race course is along Beach Drive through beautiful Rock Creek Park.
The VIDA Fitness 5k has a range of competitive runners, walkers, friends, teens, moms, dads, and even dogs & baby strollers, and you don't need to be a VIDA member to participate!
Run solo or make a team to help raise money for Thrive DC as they celebrate their 40th year providing essential services to DC’s homeless population.
