_The 2023 Innsbrook Kids Triathlon:
We are thrilled to have our 3rd annual Innsbrook Kids Triathlon! The race will start at Charette Creek Commons. MAP Parking will be marked as you enter the area.
The agenda:
6:45am - Packet pick up.
7:00am - Transition opens Bike racks will be first come, first serve with the 2 different age groups separated.
8:00am - The swim will be in the beautiful resort pool. All kids should be on the pool deck at this time.
The bike is flat and fast! Athletes will ride on scenic paved roads partially closed to traffic with plenty of volunteers along the course and turns clearly marked.
Then onto the fun run! It is also FLAT and is half pavement, half on a shady gravel trail.
· Ages 7 - 10 years old– get ready to swim 100 yds, bike 2.5 miles and run 1 mile.
· Ages 11 - 15 years old you’ll swim 200 yds, bike 5 miles and run 2 miles.
· Note: Racing age is a child’s age at the end of the year (12/31/23)
Directions to find Charrette Creek Commons (do not put the Aspen Way address into your navigator!):
- enter the resort from Highway F
- very quick right turn onto Aspen Way Dr
- right on Meadow Valley Dr
- at the 4-way stop at the bottom of the hill, turn left onto Arlberg Pass. The commons/pool area will be on your right where you will find a large parking lot.
