_ The 2023 Sugarman Triathlon & Duathlon:
Sugarman started in 2008 & takes place on the 1st Sunday in October at Sugar Mill Pond. Sprint distance TRI w/ a 500m swim, 15 mile bicycle ride on country roads, & 5K run. In 2018 we added a duathlon to Sugarman. The run/bike/run duathlon is a 2.7 mile run, 15 mile bike, & a 3.1 mile run.
