_The 2023 Salt Fork Triathlons - Saturday Sprint:
May 20-21, 2023
HFP Racing invites you to Ohio’s season opening Sprint, Olympic, and Half Iron distance triathlons — the Salt Fork Triathlons. Choose to race the Saturday morning Salt Fork Sprint Triathlon or the challenging Salt Fork Olympic and Half Iron Triathlon on Sunday. You will find yourself swimming in the beautiful Salt Fork Lake, riding the challenging hills of Salt Lake Park, and finishing with a run on the rolling roads within the park.

Half Iron – 1.2mi Swim :: 56mi Bike :: 13.1mi Run
Olympic – .62 mi Swim :: 28mi Bike :: 6.55mi Run
Your race adventure starts off with a one-lap (Olympic) or two-lap (Half Iron) swim on a counterclockwise rectangle swim course along the shoreline of Salt Fork Lake. Next up is a very challenging bike course with over 4000’ of total climbing (Half Iron) and 1500’ for the Sprint. These courses will challenge ALL ability levels. After finishing the bike course participants will take on the run course on rolling roads within the park.
