The Mighty Mother’s Day Du is not just for Moms! This event has been a mainstay on the multi-sport scene for over 20 years. With a very flat 3-lap bike course and a mix of trail and road on the run, it’s a fun way to start the day! 1st Run: Athletes enjoy a road start and enter the trails of mixed terrain. Bike: Three lap ride on park roads that will be closed to vehicle traffic for the duration
The Mighty Mother's Day Du formerly Carl Hart Duathlon is a great way to start your season! This event has been a mainstay on the multi-sport scene for over 20 years with a very flat 3 lap bike course and some grass and dirt on the run.
Bikes allowed: road bike, time trial, mountain bike or hybrid. (Sorry, no tandem or recumbent bikes!)
Adult Race: Run: 1.8 miles, Bike: 10.5 miles, Second run: 1.8 miles
