2023 Smithfield Recreation Sprint Indoor Triathlon:
Whether you are new to triathlons or a seasoned athlete looking for another training opportunity during the winter, this race is perfect for you. This race is designed as an introduction to triathlons and as an additional training opportunity in a fun, low stress environment.
Course Information:
Check-in and warm up in Dance Gym 30 minutes prior to wave.
15 minute swim in the Sky View Pool
10 minute transition
25 minute spin in the Multi-Purpose Gym
5 minute transition
20 minute run in the Multi-Purpose Gym
Post-race recovery in Team Room.
