The 2023 TBF SUP Triathlon, Biathlon & 10 Mile SUP:
This New event features running, biking and SUPing - instead of swimming.
The SUP Triathlon will consist of a 1 mile SUP or Kayak, 5 mile bike and 2 mile run.. Athletes can use either a stand up paddle board or a kayak for the first leg of each triathlon.
Included for each athlete is a custom TBF SUP Triathlon waterproof gear bag, a commemorative finisher shirt, plus post-race food and refreshments.

SUP/Kayak leg
The SUP/Kayak portion will begin at the shoreline of Granite Beach. The 1 mile course will head toward Oak Point to a turn-around buoy and return to Granite Beach.
- SUP Triathlon – 1 lap
- SUP Run – 2 laps
- SUP race – 4 laps
Bike leg
The 5 mile bike course will be on smooth, rolling paved roads from Granite Beach. The course will take riders around Oak Point and past Dotons Point before the turn-around at Beeks Bight and heading back to the finish at Granite Beach.
Run leg
The 2 mile run course starts at Granite Beach and heads north to Old County and features a water crossing over to Oak Point before returning to finish at Granite Beach.
Relay Teams
Relay Teams are available for the TBF SUP Triathlon. Teams consist of one SUP athlete, one cyclist and one runner.

Granite Bay State Park on Folsom lake is located at the end of Douglas Blvd, 5-6 miles East of I-80. Turn right at the third stop sign after entering the park for the Granite Beach parking lot. There is a $12 vehicle charge for day-use or $125 for an annual pass. Contact phone: 916 988 0205.
Annual Day Use Passes are available for $125 here. These passes are valid for 12 months from purchase.
