The City of Capitola welcomes the Mermaid!

Voted as one of the best beach locations on the California Coast by Sunset Magazine.

Take part in the 7th Annual Mermaid Santa Cruz and choose from the Sprint Mermaid, the Mighty Mermaid Olympic or the Duathlon.

Course Information:

The course features an ocean swim, a bike course with a few challenging hills and a run that parallels the beach.

Staged at Seacliff State Beach the Mermaid offers incredible ocean views and a post race party to celebrate your finish.

The short distances makes the Mermaid an ideal event for the first time triathlete as well as provides a fun, fast race for the seasoned veteran.
