2022 Gateway Challenge Sprint Triathlon :
The 500 meter swim will be at Gateway Park Lake. The bike portion will leave Gateway Park and head for West Amana via county road F15. Then travel to South Amana via Iowa HWY 220. Then return to Marengo via U.S. 6. The 5k run will take place on the Gateway Park trail that utilizes the Iowa River levy and some city streets. This course is very flat, both for the bike and running portions.
Course Information:
Swim at Gateway Lake, bike from Marengo, to West Amana, South Amana, and back to Marengo. All very flat.
Directions:
Gateway Park is located on north end of Court Avenue in Marengo
