2022 Findlay YMCA Youth Triathlon
Our 2022 Youth Triathlon is a great way to promote a lifelong passion for physical activity. With three fun sports- swimming, biking and running, triathlons offer kids the chance to learn a variety of exercise skills and enhance fitness skills with the larger goal of developing self-esteem, teamwork, goal setting, self-discipline and friendly competition
- Ages 7-10 - 50 yd swim, 1-mile bike, 1 k run
- Ages 11-12 - 200 yd swim, 4-mile bike, 2k run
- Ages 13-14 - 300 yd swim, 8-mile bike, 3k run
- Ages 15-18 - 500 yd swim, 12-mile bike, 5k run
