_ The 2022 Polar Bear Pink Cheeks Triathlon:
Seward Parks & Recreation is proud to start your race season with our annual Pink Cheeks Triathlon. Pink Cheeks is open to all ability levels. Sign up as a team (a team consists of 3 individuals; 1 individual per segment) or compete as a solo in this popular Seward event. Soloists must be at least age 13 and older. Kids 12 and under will need to be on a team.
This year's race will be a true reverse triathlon; Run, Bike and swim.
Race terrain includes High School cross country trail, city streets, minimal gravel roads, and inclines as you run and bike.
5K run, 10K bike (course will vary), but the start and finish will be at Seward High School.
