_ The 2022 Nolensville Kids Triathlon:
Triathlon for Children from 5-15. Distance varies by age as shown below. Medals for all participants. Prizes for each age and gender for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place (yes - 66 prizes).
Ages 5-7: 50 yard swim, 2.5 mile bike, 0.7 mile run
Ages 8-11: 100 yard swim, 2.5 mile bike, 0.7 mile run
Ages 12-15: 150 yard swim, 5 mile bike, 1.5 mile run
Course Information:
Transition is in the Rec Center Parking Lot in front of the pool towards Nolensville Road:
Swim is in the Rec Center Pool
Bike is Sunset Road and around Sunset Middle and Elementary Schools
Run is on bike path on Sunset Road
