_The 2022 Running 101 Class:
Learn to run the fun and easy way with veteran run coaches Liz Sponagle and Carol Davenport, starting Tuesday April 12th and continue for six weeks. Running 101 will meet Tuesdays at 6:15 p.m. at the Fort Marcy Park playground area. “Graduation” will
be the Santa Fe Run Around 5K on May 21st. Classes will consist of short topic discussions, such as proper run technique, injury prevention, and nutrition tips. Following these discussions, we’ll head out for a run/walk of about 30 minutes. This is a fun way to learn how to run and to meet and make like-minded friends. Coach Liz and Coach Carol have decades of running experience and enjoy sharing their knowledge with all beginners, whether you’re a true first-timer, or ran in the past but
would like to start up again. Beginning Run Class Offered Through The Running Hub https://www.runsantafe.com/ . Cost for the 6 week program includes membership with the Santa Fe Striders and entry into the 5K on May 21st. Come join us!
