Course Information:
This event will consist of a 15-minute bout of swimming, followed by a 15-minute bout of biking, and ending with a 15-minute bout of running.[/LI]
There will be a five-minute transition period between each station.
The participant with the greatest total distance will be declared the winner.
There will be winners in several different categories including top overall male and female, top relay team, top family relay team, and the male and female for the indicated age categories.
