Hello Runners !The Port Angeles Marathon Association is excited for the 1st Run the Peninsula Race Series of 2022 on Saturday, February 5th.
RACE BIB PICK-UP
FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 4th- 6:00 -8:00 PM
SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 5th - 7:30 - 9:30 AM - Pick up your bib at the starting line the morning before the race on the pedestrian (lower part) Lower Elwha Bridge.
SHUTTLES TO THE RACE STARTTHERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO PARKING AT THE START OF THE RACE - Participants can be dropped off at the west side of the bridge on Elwha River Road. Shuttles will be provide to all participants and spectators from Extreme Sports Park (2917 W. Edgewood Dr., Port Angeles, WA 98363). Shuttles will start at 7:15 and run throughout the entire day. Make sure that you leave plenty of time to get the start of the race. The buses will depart approximately every 15 minutes. *There will be handicap parking at the bottom of Crown Z Water Road off of Elwha River Road. CHECK OUT THE COURSE HEREThere are mile markers along the course for both the 5K and 10K. There will also be a large turn around sign at the 5K and 10K turn around. There will be water & gatorade station at the 5K and 10K turn around.
