5-8 year old 0.5 mile run, 2.3 mile bike, 50 yard swim
9-11 year old 1.0 mile run, 4.6 mile bike, 150 yard swim
12-15 year old 2.0 mile run, 7 mile bike, 300 yard swim
Mini mortals triathlon will follow the Adult sprint Triathlon/duathlon Ordinary Mortals
