PACKET PICKUP / REGISTRATION CHANGES

This year we are going digital. We are not paper applications nor are we accepting cash. Everyone must sign up online. Online Registration closes when the race starts.
Please have the following items easily accesible to maintain the efficiency and speed of Packet Pickup:

• Email Confirmation Bar Code Per Registrant (Printed or Digital) to scan, if not available we can manually look you up
• USAT Membership ID (if applicable)
• Proof of ID

WHERE AND WHEN

The race will take place Sunday October 2nd, 2022 - 8:00 a.m. sharp.

All events start and finish at Riverfront Park, Pt Pleasant, NJ.

RACE SERIES 2022

This event is part of the DQ Events Grand Prix and DQ Events Club Challenge.
You are scored for an overall placement, an age group placement, and for finishing the event. At the end of the series there will be prizes for free entries into 2023 and more!
To be scored in the Grand Prix all you have to do is place in the Overall, Age Group, or finish the race!
To be scored in the Club Challenge you need to select your club during registration and then place in Overall, Age Group, or finish the race!

ITINERARY

Saturday

Packet Picket TBD

Sunday

6:30 am - 7:45 am - Check-in, Packet Pickup, and Race-Day Registration online only if available (prices increased)
7:45 am - Pre-race briefing at Transition Area, after the briefing we will require ALL SWIMMERS to cross over the Swim timing mat before we can start the race
8:00 am - Swim races start (waves based on # of entrants)
~8:25 am - Kayak races start (waves based on # of entrants)

DISTANCES

The swim is in the river out and back parallel to beach, the bike is 4 loops on roads, the run is on roads and finishes in the park.

Triathlon Distances (Individual & Relay)

1/4 mile Swim, 10.5 mile Bike, & 3 mile Run

Duathlon Distances

2 mile Run, 10.5 mile Bike, & 3 mile Run

Aquabike Distances

1/4 mile Swim & 10.5 mile Bike

Kayak Triathlon Distances (Individual & Relay)

1.5 mile Kayak, 10.5 mile Bike, & 3 mile Run
