2012 TriCats Polar Splash & Dash:

  • The University of Arizona Tricats present our Annual Aquathlon!
  • The race consists of a 825 yard swim followed by a 5k run.
  • All proceeds go to funding starving college student-triathletes, allowing us to compete at races such as Collegiate Triathlon Nationals to represent Tucson and UofA.
  • NEW THIS YEAR: The TriCat Challenge The fastest single entrant to beat the TriCat's fastest racer will win a $500 gift certificate to Trisports.com!
  • All or nothing.

  • -825 yardd swim in Hillenbrand Aquatic Center Pool.
  • -Transition on the deck.
  • -5k run through the University Campus - (Same as Tuscon Tri Series run course).
