Race day registration begins at 7:00 a.m. on race day
Pre-race packet pick-up will be Saturday. April 14, 2012 from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
Awards: Trophies to the overall male and female winner. Medals will be awarded to the top two in each age group.
Age Groups: 13-15, 16-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and over.
Course Information:
Waves will begin at 8:00 and be every 15 minutes after that.
10 minute swim in the YMCA pool followed by a 10 minute transition to a 30 minute bike on schwinn bikes in cycling studio followed by a 5 minute transition to the 20 minute run on Precor Treadmills in the Strength Training Room.
Results will be based on the total distance covered from all three events.
