_ The 2022 Get Out Give Back: Vermont Women's Fund:
Get Out, Give Back gets us up and running throughout the Half Marathon Unplugged winter training season, while bringing awareness to local giving initiatives. These 5K races feature a relaxed, open start line where runners can show up between a 2-hour window to run their race. And, at the finish, coffee and hot chocolate await! Walkers are welcome.
This particular race is in celebration of Women's History Month and benefits the Vermont Women's Fund whose mission is to fund structural change to advance gender equity and justice in Vermont. They work to improve the lives of young women and girls in Vermont by targeting philanthropic giving, forging statewide strategic partnerships, funding research, and supporting programs that address their fundamental economic, educational, and social needs. When women rise, communities thrive.
