Inaugural Ag Fair 5K Run/Walk

Race Start: 8:00 am

The mission of the Agriscience Magnet Program (AMP) is to develop the potential of students for PREMIER LEADERSHIP, PERSONAL GROWTH and CAREER SUCCESS through an educational experience in the agriculture, food and natural resource curricula. 

  The NEISD Agriscience Magnet Program (AMP) cordially invites you to participate in our first ever 5k Run/Walk at our 12th Annual North East Ag Fair.

There will be a kids costume contest, dress up as your favorite farm animal.  Biggest Team Award, gather your group and dress alike!  Along with finisher medals for all and awards for fastest Female/Male time, along with age category prizes too! 

Come for the run/walk and stay for the fun!  Breakfast is provided for all participants.

Pricing, now until close of registration at 6:00 pm 1/6/22

5K $35

NEISD students 5K $30 (be prepared to share your student ID number)

Kids 10 years and younger run for FREE with paid adult

Finisher Medals for everyone!

 The purpose of the Ag Fair is to engage our North East community in a day full of activities showcasing the skills of students in the AMP through events such as livestock exhibition, agricultural mechanics skill-a-thon and a BBQ cook-off.  There will be over 25 local vendors on-site, Along with food, fun and activities for young and old!  The Ag Fair serves as a major fundraising event for the James Madison FFA Booster Club. Through the success of the Ag Fair, the FFA Booster Club will be one step closer to meeting their scholarship and AMP support goals for the 2021 – 2022 school year.
