_ The 11th Annual Rock N' Run 10K, 5K, Kids Fun Run:

May is National Foster Care Awareness Month, and for our 11th Annual Rock N Run, we are excited to offer both in person and virtual race options! Please join us on May 14, 2022 at Coca Cola Park in Allentown, PA for our 5k, 10k, or Kids Fun Run. Or, if you prefer to run or walk virtually, sign up for the virtual 5K, 10K, Kid's Fun Run or Mile-A-Day Challenge--you can complete them any time in May. The Rock N' Run 11th Annual 10K, 5K, Kids Fun Run and Mile A Day Challenge benefit The Salvation Army's Foster Care & Adoption Program, and help us find caring homes and provide important services to local children in foster care.

Registration Pricing and Deadlines:

Early Bird  (through December 31, 2021)

5K—$30 (in person or virtual)

10K—$35 (in person or virtual)

Kids Run—$15 (in person or virtual)

Mile-A-Day Challenge $35 (virtual only)

Standard Registration: January 1-May 13, 2022:

5K—$35 (in person or virtual)

10K—$40 (in person or virtual)

Kids Run—$20 (in person or virtual)

Mile-A-Day Challenge $40 (virtual only)

Day of Registration for In-Person Event: May 14, 2022

5K—$40 (in person)

10K—$45 (in person)

Kids Run—$20 (in person) 

Register to run or walk the virtual 5K, 10K, Kids Fun Run or Mile-A-Day Challenge anytime throughout the month of May.

Participants who register for any distance will receive a t-shirt and race bag with swag.(Choose option to have items shipped to you for an additional $8 if you do not plan to pick up in person).
