_ The 2022 Waves of Freedom 5K Run/Walk:
Join us in Culver, a strong patriotic community where the American flag flies proudly all year long on many front porches, for the Waves of Freedom 5k run/walk along the shores of beautiful Lake Maxinkuckee.
Each participant will receive a day worth remembering, starting with our American RaceDay shirt, great music, free hot dog and root beer from Culver’s Original Root Stand, and a jump in the lake (if you want) after your race is complete. Awards will be given to the overall winners. Age group awards 1st through 3rd will also be given.
Spend the day in Culver and enjoy our Lake Festival vendors, kids’ amusement rides, parade, car show, restaurants, kayaking, and swimming at the town beach. Spectacular fireworks on the lake cap off your day, with plenty of space to spread out on the grass in the park with family and friends.
