MANDATORY ATHLETE MEETING AND NATIONAL ANTHEM OUTSIDE TRANSITION AT 7:15AM 

Sprint Duathlon Course-

Run 1 mile on the Wonder Valley Ranch Resort trail(on property closed course run)

Bike, 10 miles through picturesque Wonder Valley 

Run 3 miles on the Wonder Valley Resort Trail(on property closed course run)

This is a team and family friendly event that is set up with an Outdoor  Professionally Catered and Served Brunch where you can take the chance to enjoy the wonderful facilities that Wonder Valley Ranch Resort and Conference Center has to offer

A delicious and healthy Chef’s Choice Lunch will be provided by Wonder Valley.
