    $70 after April 1st
    $85 after May 1st until raceday
    $95 for teams - ($105 after April 1st)
    $5 for kids tri

2012 Pocomoke Triathlon:

  • This race will be held the same weekend as the Pocomoke Cypress festival, a great opportunity for families to take their kids for rides and music.
  • Saturday evening fireworks as well.
  • Consider making it a trip the whole family can enjoy!

    • Course Information:


    Adult Triathlon---
  • Swim: .5 mile, one lap in a freshwater pond
  • Bike: 14.5 miles, flat rural paved road course
  • Run: 3.5 miles flat, out and back.

    Kids Triathlon---
  • Swim: 100 yards
  • Bike: 2 miles
  • Run: 12 mile
