_The 2021 TAR - Wintergreen VA:
There is no specific start time at the TAR events. Competitors can arrive anytime from 0800 -1200. This will prevent crowds, bottlenecks and is designed with COVID safety protocols in mind. The TAR obstacles can be done in any order to prevent bottlenecks. This also adds a strategic aspect to running the course. A TAR volunteer will observe each participant and will punch the competitor’s card, to verify the obstacle was completed, at completion of each exercise.
