Why do folks return to the Whidbey Island Triathlon year after year? An incredibly scenic course; friendly volunteers; the fun, small-town feel of our community cheering you on, whether you're first or last; distances suitable for beginner triathletes and still challenging for experienced triathletes.
Course Information:
This course starts with a 0.5 mile swim in a beautiful lake on South Whidbey Island. Leaving the lake on bike, you'll begin the 19 mile ride along paved country roads. The bike course is hilly with views of Saratoga Passage and the North Cascades. You'll finish with a 3.75 mile run through the clear forest trails at Community Park.
