2022 Folsom Lake International Triathlon & Aquabike:
The Folsom Lake International Triathlon started in 2012. The race is sanctioned by USA Triathlon and takes place at Granite Beach, Folsom Lake, with a 1.5K lake swim, 40K scenic road bike on country roads and a challening 10K trail run.

The Folsom Lake International Triathlon is in its eleventh year. The race is at beautiful Granite Beach, Folsom Lake, featuring a lake swim, scenic road bike on country roads and a beautiful trail run.

The Olympic-distance Triathlon and Aquabike are sanctioned by USA Triathlon, requiring an annual or one-day license with USAT. Included for each competitor is a swim cap, post race refreshments and custom Folsom Lake Triathlon stemless wine goblet for all finishers.

Commemorative Folsom Lake International Triathlon race t-shirts are available for $15 when ordered before May 9th.

First place Male and Female in the Folsom Lake International Triathlon will receive Overall Champion Awards. There will be awards five deep in each five-year age group and Relay Team awards for the Top team in each Division of Male, Female and Coed.

The Oly Lite Triathlon and Aqua-Bike will have awards for the top three male and female overall finishers.

Aqua-Bike - 1.5K swim-40K bike.

Relay Teams

Relay Teams awards will be for top three in male, female and coed divisions.

Packet Pick Up Information

Packet Pick-up for Saturday's Folsom Lake International Triathlon and Sunday's Sprint & Super Sprint Triathlons will be at Rancho Endurance Sports on Friday, May 13th from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. along with race morning at the race venue from 6 a.m. until 8 a.m.

Race for FREE Information

Our Race for FREE Athlete Volunteer Program offers a chance to get involved with multi-sport events, have fun, and earn a $40 TBF Racing Volunteer voucher good towards entry fees at any of our events this year. Each volunteer shift is 4 hours. We ask volunteers to reserve a volunteer position at any of our events by emailing Volunteer Director [email protected] as our volunteer positions will fill up quickly.

Refund and Transfer Information

TBF Racing has a No Refund policy on all of our events. A Refund requested prior to race week will be given a TBF Race credit for the amount of the entry fee minus a $25 processing fee. Credits are not given during race week. Race transfers are allowed from one TBF Racing event to another within a one-year time frame. There is a $25 transfer fee. Participant transfers are allowed for this event, with a $25 fee. Transfers are not allowed during race week. ALL TBF Racing events are held Rain or Shine.
