Flying Colors Sports is proud to present the GREAT AMAZING RACE to build healthier and more active families!

The race is a fun, affordable and memory-making activity for parents to do with a kid. From start to finish, it's the most invigorating outdoor activity for families to do together, ever! Whether you run, jog, walk or watch, it'll be an experience you will never forget!  This is a great activity for father-daughter and mother-son teams!

Help us recruit teams and promote awareness by telling your friends, classmates and co-workers to join in the fun.  Official Race Site: www.GreatAmazingRace.com.

WHAT:    Patterned after the popular television show The Amazing Race, teams will race around a 1 mile cross country course that includes up to 8 fun-filled stations. The clues cards provided at each station directs the team to perform a specific task (game, relay, obstacle course, etc.) before proceeding to the next station. The team that completes the tasks and reaches the finish line with the fastest overall time is declared the winner. Contestants should be prepared to get a little dirty and wet - it's part of the fun! The course layout is spectator friendly, to allow family and friends to tag along and take photos for the scrap book. This is a rain or shine event!

Racers & spectators can sign up for the Victory Party ... food & drinks. It's an opportunity to share stories and celebrate with family, friends and other racers!

WHO: The race is for everyone boys and girls runners, joggers and walkers - pee wees to adults. It is designed for teams of 2, at least one member must must be student in grade K-12 = kid/kid or adult/kid. Teams can choose recreation race (those who prefer to walk or jog at a leisure pace) or competitive race (those who prefer to jog or run).
