_ The 2021 9/11 Memorial Workout:
Join us for the 20th anniversary to honor the men & women who gave there lives on the events that happen on September 11th 2001 The workout honors the fallen on the events that happen on September 11th, 2001. The date is represented by 9 exercises, 11 repetitions, 2001 for meters run/walk. The 343 is broken down by rounds and represents the first responders who gave there life that day. You can partner up and split the reps or you may choose to do it all yourself. We encourage you if you want to challenge yourself to bring a weighted vest. If your a first responder we encourage you to bring your turn out gear to do the workout. Let’s get ready to have some fun and sweat it out for a awesome cause. Will have two workout times 8am and 10am
