An indoor triathlon which begins in the pool. PArticipants will swim for 15 minutes, Bike on stationary bikes for 20 minutes and run on a track for 20 minutes. Distance is calculated for all three and the cumulative distance is your finishing place.

I-87 Exit 19, I-587, Broadway 1.5 miles, turn RIght on Ine Grove Avenue, Y parking on RIght

Participants must pre register and get their wave starting time prior to racing.
