_ The 2021 Give Hope Ride:
The Give Hope Ride is a bicycle-focused event organized to benefit the YMCA of Fishers, Indiana. The event will occur Monday, September 6th, Labor Day 2021, at Olio Fields Park (14181 East 126th Street, Fishers, IN) in Fishers, Indiana. It will feature an adult ride (20-, 44-, or 63-mile courses) and a 10-mile "cruiser ride". The purpose of the ride is to bring together bike enthusiasts and families for a fun morning of bike riding while allowing them to do something charitable for others. This year's ride will benefit the Fishers YMCA, which offers a wide range of community-focused programs aimed at promoting youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. These positive, life-changing programs include diabetes prevention, Livestrong at the YMCA for cancer survivors, youth development education, overnight and summer camps, and many more.
On Monday, September 6th, Labor Day 2021, on-site registration and packet pick-up will begin at 7:00 AM. The Adult Ride(s) will leave from Olio Fields Park at 8:15 AM and riders can choose among 20-, 44-, or 63-mile courses charted through Fishers and the surrounding area. The 10-mile option is a "Cruiser Ride" for families or those new or casual riders who prefer a more relaxed pace and/or shorter ride distance, and it will begin at 8:20 AM. All rides will be non-timed and non-competitive and riders will be expected to obey all applicable traffic laws.
