2021 Lander Up Side Down Triathlon:
A live, in-person triathlon (conditions permitting!) that begins with a 5k run then 19 mile bike ride then 600 meter pool swim - that’s upsidedown compared to a “normal” triathlon. At the foot of the beautiful Wind River Mountains, it won't be a flat bike course, but will be fast (at times), beautiful and fun - or at least fun to be done!
Compete as an individual or form a team of 2 or 3 people.
Make it a family event and help your kids finish the Kids' Tri.
Course Information:
The Swim in the Bruce Gresly Aquatic Center will be a serpentine, down and back in each of the six lanes, from the diving board side to the rock wall side, twice.
