Where and When

The race will take place Sunday, June 20, 2021 - 8:30 am

Start and finish at Emmaus Aquatic Club, 2546 Mill Race Road, Emmaus, PA 18049

Eligibility

This is a semi-private TriEMAC team race, open to other athletes by invitation

Ages 9 to 18 (racing age is age as of 12/31/21, as per USAT guidelines)

Registration

Registration deadline: Sunday, June 18, 2021. Preregistration required. There will be no race day registration.

Field limit: 100 athletes

PRE-RACE/CHECK-IN

    • Race check-in: ✔
    • While setting up transition area prior to the race: ✔
    • While gathering by pool, prior to your wave's start: ✔ (disposble mask will be provided)
    • While you are racing:  Not required.
    • While gathering your equipment in transition area after the race: ✔
    • After the race/awards ceremony: ✔
    • Spectators: when unable to maintain 6 ft. social distancing: ✔
• Packet pickup and transition area open: 7:00 am to 8:15 am
• At check in, you will pick up your race number and a disposable face mask (to be used prior to the swim).
• Aim to clear out of transition area by 8:15 am.
• Pre-race meeting: 8:20 am
• Race start: 8:30 am

POST-RACE

• Food/drinks
• Wear mask when not eating or unable to maintain 6 ft. social distance
• Open swim time will be available at the pool for athletes/families after the race

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• No Drafting
• Helmet required to be worn properly before exiting transition
• No riding in transition
• Refreshments will be provided at the end of the race
• Split results will be available on website
• No confirmation will be sent; verify entry here
• Race scored by DQ Events
• Race will be held rain or shine
• This race is USA Triathlon sanctioned
• Event promoters have the right to alter or cancel events for any reason

USA TRIATHLON INFORMATION

All participants must have a USAT insurance license or include insurance fee with entry fee.
USAT Insurance for 2021: $10 Youth annual membership, $15 Adult one day membership, $50 Adult annual membership. Please include with entry fee.
