2021 Birchwood Lakes Triathlon:
This event is part of the DQ Events Grand Prix and DQ Events Club Challenge.
You are scored for an overall placement, an age group placement, and for finishing the event. At the end of the series there will be prizes for free entries into 2021 and more!
To be scored in the Grand Prix all you have to do is place in the Overall, Age Group, or finish the race!
To be scored in the Club Challenge you need to select your club during registration and then place in Overall, Age Group, or finish the race!
After the race, enjoy our post-race BBQ. Free cold beer (birch or root variety available for the kids), hamburgers and hot dogs.
Course Information:
The swim is in deep fresh water that is well maintained, no muck!
The run and bike are on nice flat shaded roads. The roads are open to traffic but we will have police on the corners to stop traffic for the race.
The course is well marshaled and open to traffic so all traffic laws and regulations need to be followed.
