Course Information:
The water is calm and clean with very little current. The bike ride is out and back on quiet traffic controlled country roads. The course is fast and flat with several rolling hills and some newly paved roads. The run is through historic Port Republic on traffic-controlled roads.
Triathlon 1/2 mi. Swim Distances: 1/2 mile Swim , 16 mile Bike, & 5k Run
Triathlon 1/4 mi. Swim Distances: 1/4 mile Swim , 16 mile Bike, & 5k Run
Duathlon Distances: 2 mile Run, 16 mile Bike, & 5k Run
AquaBike Distances: 1/2 mile Swim & 16 mile Bike

- Helmet required to be worn properly before exiting transition
