2020 Cuyuna Off Road Triathlon:
This is a paddle, mountain bike and trail run event held at the Cuyuna Country State Recreation Area. It is a beautiful scenic course on beginner and intermediate trails.
Course Information:
The race starts with a paddle on Huntington Mine lake, 3 miles on an out and back course. Transitionfrom the beach to the bike is on pavement an dthe mountain bike ride is about 8 miles on beginner and intermediate trails. A mountain bike is highly recommended. You return from this loop course to the transition area and leave for a 2.5 mile loop run on trails. The finish is on pavement and is flat. The evnt is chip timed and will leave in heats spread 5-10 minutes apart. You can participate as an individual, team or relay and there is a competitive and recreational division.

See website for details. Packet pickup is Saturday June 12th at the Hallett Center in Crosby. The race start/transition/finish is all at the rally center at the Cuyuna Country State Recreation Area, in Ironton , MN located about 15 miles northeast of Brainerd, MN
