Increase your triathlon fitness and knowledge at this 3-Day Spring training camp in temperate Santa Barbara, California

This camp is brought to you by passionate triathlon coaches Martin Spierings & Gunnar Roll.

This camp includes:

Coaching in all aspects of swim, bike and run with an emphasis on skills and form
Individual swim stroke video analysis for each participant and feedback on biking and running form.
Two swim sessions (1 x pool, 1 x open water), two bike sessions (1 x skills-based, 1 x long ride) and two run sessions
Educational seminars and clinics covering transitions, nutrition, race season planning, medical considerations, and basic bike mechanics (e.g. how to fix a flat!)
Opportunities for Q & A with the coaches and networking/socializing with other athletes
Camp fee includes two dinners and two lunches eating out at healthy local restaurants
Great physical and mental prep for 70.3 Oceanside!

Camp Fee: $850 (includes food) *20% discount until 12/31/2020
