Heart & Courage - 0ur values! Coeur is French for “heart” and the root of the word courage. In endurance sports, you’ll see heart and courage in action everywhere. Heart and Courage is what made you take your first leap into sport. Heart is what gets you up for those early morning swim workouts when the world is still sleeping.

Heart is what compels you to do just one more hill repeat. Heart pushes your body to do what the brain thinks it can’t. Heart makes you sign up for your first event. Heart gets you to the finish line when your mind wants to give up. Heart is at the center of the friendships we make during sweltering trail runs and weekend long rides.

This Clinic is aligned with the Coeur & FastChix mission to expose (more women to triathlon), empower (more women in sport) and educate (more women on health & fitness).

We are an Inclusive group of women athletes dedicated to spreading good vibes and helping each other achieve big goals in the multi-sport arena. Our focus is on representation, fun, having the right mind-set and not your pace.
