_ The 2021 Resolution Run 5K, 2M & 1M:

Dreaming of what 2021 will bring??? We are excited to announce that we will be hosting the eighth annual 2021 Resolution Run 5k with all the fun of celebrating the close of 2020 and the open of 2021! Participants and spectators will be able to stay warm and cozy inside the gym and conference room of City Station prior to the race and awards will be given inside the gym of City Station following the race. 

Due to Covid-19, we are prepared to provide an event that will be safe and includes a new route that is all on the Greenbelt by City Station in Carrollton. The course is an out and back route that is all downhill for the first mile crosses the beautiful Molly's boardwalk section near Sunset Hills Country Club golf course and then returns back toward City Station. The one mile will also taken on this same section. The Resolution Run is a rain or shine, fast road race. The course is certified for those using their times for entry to other racing events such as the Peachtree Road Race in Atlanta, GA.

Pre-registered participants will also receive a swag bag and a beautifully designed long-sleeved T-shirt for 5k participants.  Race Day Registration is offered; however, the long-sleeved T-shirt is not guaranteed nor is the correct size. 

*Awards will be given to the overall Male and Female and top 3 male and female by age group in five-year increments in the 5K. 
*Awards will also be given to Overall Male and Female and top 2 male and female by age group in 10-year increments in the chipped one and two-mile races.

***New for 2021: There is a one-mile and two-mile run open to anyone and offered chip-timing and t-shirt.

Each distance is offered for those wanting to compete as well as for those who want an easy walk/run and those who want to support and have a fun time.
 

Not a runner? That's not a problem, we love to have spectators cheer on our participants. There are great spots along the course to cheer.

• Race Day Registration from 12:15-1:10 pm, cash, credit card and check accepted

• 5K and 2 Mile start at 1:30 pm

• 1 Mile run begins at 1:50 pm
