Kepler Pool, Governors Park, Bellefonte, PA 16823

Registration will begin January 15, 2012.

T-shirts guaranteed to participants who register before May 25.

Course Information:

Single Loop: (super sprint)

Starts at 8:30 AM

Racers will go through the course 1 time.

200 YARD SWIM

6 MILE BIKE

2 MILE RUN

SINGLE loop will consist of a 200 yard pool swim.

Followed immediately by a 6 mile out and back, rolling bike ride.

Finish with a 2 mile out and back run. (Water/Gatorade station at run mile 1 and 1.5.)

Double Loop: (formula 1 sprint)

Starts immediately following the last heat of singles

Participants will race through the course 2 times.

After you complete the first run, you will immediately transition back to the pool for a second trip through the entire course.

Quick rolling back country road out and back.

From I-80
1. Take Exit 161 Bellefonte.
2. Take right turn onto I-99S/US-220S/SR-26S towards Bellefonte. (2 miles)
3. Take Exit 83 right.
4. Turn right onto SR-550 towards Bellefonte. (.3 miles)
5. Turn left onto Airport Road (.3 miles)
6. STAY right onto Governors Park Road (.3 miles)
7.Stay right and look for Triathlon Parking Signs.

From State College (Beaver Stadium/I-99)
1. Stay on I-99N towards I-80 (aprx 9 miles)
2. Take Exit 83 right towards Bellefonte.
3. Turn right onto SR-550 towards Bellefonte (.3 miles)
4. 5. Turn left onto Airport Road (.3 miles)
6. STAY right onto Governors Park Road (.3 miles)
7.Stay right and look for Triathlon Parking Signs.
