_ The 2020 Shelby YMCA Triathlon Duathlon:
The triathlon hosted by the Shelby YMCA is a competitive event where racers will compete in three areas. It is a 500 meter swim, a 12 mile bike ride, and a 3.4 mile run. The Duathlon is a 1 mile run, a 12 mile bike, followed by a 3.4 mile run. This event is designed to test your spirit, mind, and body through vigorous activity.
